Rainbow Schools

Rainbow Schools are multicultural, co-educational institutions that warmly welcome learners from diverse backgrounds. Our Primary School opened its doors in 1995, followed by the High School in 1998. The name Rainbow holds deep significance — inspired by the spectrum of colours that appears after the rain, it represents opportunity, happiness, and hope for every child who enters our doors.

Primary Education

At Rainbow Primary School, we proudly offer a dual curriculum that integrates the Cambridge Primary Syllabus with Botswana’s Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) Syllabus, ensuring that our learners are equipped with both international standards of education and a strong national foundation. This ensures that our students are able to transition smoothly into secondary education, both within Botswana and internationally.

Secondary Education

At the secondary level, students begin in Lower Secondary (Form 1 to Form 3), where they build a solid academic foundation. This prepares them for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), studied in Form 4 and Form 5.

The IGCSE is a subject-specific curriculum. The selection of subjects is carefully designed to ensure a broad and balanced curriculum, providing students with a strong foundation for further study and future career opportunities.
